1. Quotation & Validity

All quotations are valid for 1 week from the date of issue.

Items not included in the quotation will be quoted separately.

 

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

The agreed contract price shall be payable as follows: Balance payment within 7 days of invoice receipt, after goods are delivered.

Payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer, PayNow, or cheque.

 

3. Delivery & Collection

Standard delivery and collection charges apply within Singapore.

Exclusive of any application costs for build-up/tear-down passes (for both vehicles and workers).

Exclusive of overtime fees and other charges.

The client must ensure site accessibility at the agreed time. Waiting charges may apply if access is delayed.

 

4. Additional Costs

Any additional third-party or direct costs incurred will be subject to a 10% administrative charge.

All late surcharges by show organizers, venue owners, or service providers (if any) shall be borne by the client.

 

5. Responsibility for Items

All rented items remain the property of SMART EVENT HUB PTE LTD.

The client is responsible for items from the time of delivery until collection.

Any loss, theft, or damage (including scratches, stains, breakage, or water damage) will be chargeable at repair or replacement cost.

 

6. Usage Guidelines

Items are for indoor use only, unless otherwise specified.

No nails, glue, paint, tape, or adhesives may be used on rental items.

Food, drinks, candles, and liquids must be kept away from furniture unless protective measures are taken.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

Event cancellation due to any cause, including force majeure:

Less than 2 months before original event date → 100% of quoted sum (including variations, if any) is chargeable.

More than 2 months before original event date → 50% of quoted sum (including variations, if any) is chargeable.

Other cancellations (not related to force majeure):

14 days or more before event: 50% of deposit refundable.

Less than 14 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable.

Less than 7 days before event: 100% rental fee applies.

 

8. Force Majeure

SMART EVENT HUB is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or natural disasters.

 

9. Liability

SMART EVENT HUB is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused during the use of rented items.

The client assumes full responsibility for safe usage.

 

10. Governing Law

The quotation and agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

 

11. Confirmation

By confirming the quotation or making payment, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.​
